Main Duties and Functions : - Develop and manage the Influencer and Consumer Value Journey digital marketing activations that directly supports business growth - Connect with influencers, serve as contact point for influencers, put together influencer marketing strategy for a brand, oversee all aspects of an influencer marketing campaign, build relationships with industry influencers, set goals for influencer marketing, and determine how those goals align with the brand's overall objectives. - Develop dynamic influencer programme involving macro, micro and nano influencers. Eventually making them advocates for the brand - Connect with influencers on a variety of platforms, brainstorm ideas for campaigns and content, determine which key performance indicators (KPIs) to use to measure/track a campaign and keep up to date with what's going on in the influencer ecosystem. - Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders - Participate in planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing within the scope of work - Managing the online consumer conversations and the online reputation for Danone Life Nutrition Portfolio - Evaluate performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Be the internal consultant to the brand team for Influencer marketing, offline and online consumer activations. Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels - Responsible for multiple User Experience Flows and base some of our annual planning activities and opportunities. Responsible to define the content strategy for user Experience Flows. Develop content ideas and curate content along with external agencies. - Ensure content personalized for consumer based on personas, consumer journey step and touchpoint. - Look for partnerships with partners to reach the TG - Measure the customer experience across touchpoints and regularly review it to personalize content and tailor our message. Have more than one touchpoint for feedback. - Gather and collect information per consumer touchpoint and optimize our performance based on insights from data. - Manage internal approval process for end to end Content dissemination - Collaborate with internal team to maintain internal social and web properties for consumer touchpoints - Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Monitor competitive digital campaigns and their effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Sales, Commercial Excellence etc.) to create and optimize user experiences - Analyse, evaluate and define end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points - Maintain a digital dashboard to tracks all Influencers engagement activities, progress and impact on brand performance across the life nutrition portfolio - Secure maximum online media coverage for brand campaigns. Establish and build relationships with key influencers, industry leaders to ensure media buzz. - Manage day to day Digital Marketing partner relationships with internal and external stakeholders
