In this role you will work with the Area Head of HR and the Regional Talent Leader supporting the business with its sourcing and hiring needs.
- While doing this, you will get exposure to a number of functional and senior leaders in the business as well the opportunity to work with and learn from our recruitment colleagues and stakeholders around the globe.
- You will also get an opportunity to set up a world class recruitment process in the three countries of India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka working with the HR Business Partners to make a difference to the business.
- Act as trusted advisor to the hiring managers on recruitment and sourcing strategies and operations based on a full understanding of the job requirements. Based on this run a full operational lifecycle recruitment whilst maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and keeping up to date with the business, industry and relevant HR and technical/functional disciplines
Build up and maintain :
- Internal (eRec and Candidates Pools) and external (LinkedIn, referrals, networks etc.) pipelines to proactively source from based on business needs and priorities
- Relevant internal business and EVP knowledge in order to recognize and attract talent
- Recruitment and sourcing discipline knowledge
- Market intelligence of the industry and its global labour market, also including relevant technical/functional disciplines in own account
- Determine applicant requirements and recruitment strategy based on hiring manager briefings, Job ad creation and posting based on strong understanding of our EVP and brand
- Screen, shortlist, assess and interview candidates, facilitate candidate reviews and selection of the right candidates in collaboration with the hiring manager
- Manage the offer process in close collaboration with Compensation & Benefits
- Handling all recruitment compliance tasks and updates in relevant tracking tools and systems like eRec and SAP
- Select and manage external agencies in the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will be a person with deep expertise in sourcing profiles through various means and has the ability to work through a mix of sources adn channels to reduce the recruitment cost for the business.
