Candidate is expected to enjoy analysing financials and work processes and must come up with ideas to improve decision making. The position functions as an extended arm of the CSO Managers- performance management responsibilities.   Job Responsibilities :  Financial Overview :  - Develop overview of financial performance drivers in a CSO; assist in reporting on performance deviations as and when required.  - Responsible for BSC input and analysis for regional level.  - Monitor job costing and reconciliation for the region - feeding into profit calculations for the CSO.  - Develop Management Dashboard for effective Performance Management  Productivity, Cost Focus & Measurements :  - Focus and come up with ways to increase productivity.   - Understand all the drivers of productivity in the branch, use knowledge to design more efficient processes.  - Constant focus on cost reduction whether by increase in productivity or by decreasing operating cost by streamlining processes.  - To establish and maintain measurements for productivity. To documents changes in productivity from each initiative (positive or negative). To ensure stakeholder consensus in quantifying such increases or decreases in productivity.  Project & Change Management :  - To initiate, drive implement and co-ordinate various projects within the branch assigned by the CSO team.   - To take ownership of important process and system implementations within the region. To drive change effectively with minimum disruptions.   - Insight and possible formal training in statistical tools for process management e.g. six sigma  - Opportunity to develop skills to manage projects in a complex working environment.  Controls and Audit :  - To identify risks in processes and establish relevant controls ensuring compliance with company policies and values.  - To conduct branch visits or off site reviews and ensure compliance with company values and policy and goals.  Reporting :   - Understand system linkages in DAMCO. Develop reports and assign ownership as and when required.  Data Quality :  - Monitor data quality regularly. Analyze and address areas of concern relating to data quality.  Skills Required  Education :  - Master's degree or equivalent in business Analytics or related field/ Supply Chain and logistics experience will be preferred.   Experience :  - Minimum 5 years of experience with FFW or supply chain operations/sales/customer service or finance  Language :  - The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment.   Others :  - Proficiency in EXCEL and Power-point is a must  - Proven ability to multitask and manage pressure & timelines without missing deadlines.  - Good analytical and administrative skills.  - Business and financial acumen.   - Influencing and leadership skills with a capability to sell ideas and to mobilize wide teams and individuals without direct authority.  - Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills to collaborate within and across teams to achieve organizational goals.  - Independent and a self-starter.
