- Identifies, qualifies and cultivates new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
- Implementing sales strategies to drive revenue generation from India.
- Lead & grow the top lines by generating leads & setting up broker networks in India market.
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Desired Candidate :
- Should have Understanding of business models of Real Estate.
- In-depth exposure towards Business to Client
- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
