1. 4-6 years of experience as a Financial Editor or as a business journalist, we look forward to your application. Prior experience as an Equity Research Editor is not a necessary requirement but will be an added advantage

2. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English

3. Ability to improve analyst writing, proficiency in restructuring reports when required, and an eye for detail

4. Working knowledge of financial terminologies, concepts and valuation

5. Effective writing and editing skills to bring forth key arguments in the copy, and the knack to convey complex research ideas in impactful and concise ways

6. Help produce quality research reports and enhance client engagement with the brand

7. Ability to think logically and clearly

8. An understanding of the editorial process in institutional research (and investment banks) is desirable

9. A team player competent to meet stringent deadlines
