DAM Capital - Officer - Compliance - CS/LLB

Qualification : CS/CA/LLB with 3 years of relevant experience

Reporting to : Head - Compliance.

- A valid NISM Compliance Officer certification is an added advantage.

- Conversant with Drafting of Board and General Meeting agendas, notices and minutes. Adept with Secretarial work.

- Understanding of the current regulatory environment and financial/ securities market rules, regulations and compliances

- Conducting compliance training programs for employees. Empanelment, KYC and AML checks for clients.
