Qualification and Experience:

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the position of Sr./Chief Manager - Receivable Management. The ideal candidate should have a CA or MBA in Finance, business administration, or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications or certifications in finance or credit management. The candidate should possess 7-8 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable management, credit analysis, or collections.

Accounts Receivable Knowledge:

- In-depth understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, credit policies, collections, discount applications, and reconciliation.

- Familiar with credit risk assessment and Strong financial analysis skills to assess the creditworthiness of customers.

- Proficiency in data analysis techniques to track and manage accounts receivable effectively.

- Handle knowledge of legal processes related to cheque bounces and recovering overdue payments legally.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and senior management regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and credit-related matters.

- Effective negotiation skills to work with customers and resolve payment disputes or delays professionally.

Team Management:

- Leadership abilities to manage a team of accounts receivables.

- Ability to provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce payment delays. Mitigate credit risk by implementing credit control policies and procedures.

Technology Proficiency: Familiar with accounting software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems SAP and MS office.
