Retention Manager
1.Responsible for driving customer retention of mobile app user base. Will own key marketing channels like push & in-app notifications, re-marketing on social, display
2.A key part of the responsibility will center around platform marketing to deliver a completely personalized user experience surfacing the right content and recommendations.
3.Obsess over customers and deep dive into their engagement with App. Use this knowledge to identify lapser behavior and build marketing communication and a platform experience that converts potential lapsed users & light users to engaged users
4.Build retention frameworks for customer cohorts and personas, and activate marketing on-platform and re-marketing off-platform customized to the respective cohorts & personas.
