Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieving targets assigned to them

2. To manage revenues for Political and Badhai segment through ad sales

3. Good at daily /monthly/ quarterly / annual sales planning and should be able to ensure the delivery against the same

4. To main excellent PR & Network in the local market which in turn generate the revenue

5. Keep excellent information on the upcoming local political events

6. Identification of the local clients for special days like 15th Aug, 26th January, Dussehra

7. Market Intelligence - Competition analysis

8. Implementation & compliance of systems

Key Requirements:

- Preferable a person from a Sales background.

- High Integrity.

- Good local PR in the town

- Able to take initiative

- Out of the box thinker with high Creativity.

- Good influencing skills & coordination skills
