Looking for High Potential Professional from Sales & Marketing Department of Media / Telecom / BFSI Industry who has hands on experience in driving sales and achieving targets.
Educational Qualification : Regular MBA or Equivalent
Languages : Bilingual (Hindi & English)
Reporting to : Business Head (Patna)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Creation of Unit Sales Strategies market share & overall discount
- Achieve Unit Level Ad Sales Targets
- Key Clients Management to ensure retention and growth of revenue
- Provide Leadership to all function of the unit such that engagement sees a significant positive change
- Retention of Talent in ad sales functions in unit
- Actively develop and groom team to reflect DB brand and deliver superior Performance
- Actively Contribute towards the Profitability of the organization

- Exposure to working in Matrix environment
