Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing & driving Ad Sales revenue and growth for Bhopal / Ahmedabad or Jaipur along with its 4-5 Units
- He should bend for New Business Development / Negotiations / Relationship Management, PR Coordination with Media Agencies & Direct relationship with key Clients to ensure sales.
- Work with focus on special Initiative like Event and Exhibition along with Innovative supplements & Features on special occasions
- Lead to drive growth and expansion through new innovations in product and Service Excellence
- Execute sales strategies efficiently.
- He should have an understanding for sales approach.
- Passionate to achieve growth over last year and volume market share for the key categories in competitive markets.
- He should be capable for Tracking Monitoring with a an available sales tool.
- Maintain cordial relationship with cross functions and work closely with them to ensure better productivity
- Consistently strives to build a lean and efficient system in the unit by strengthening the backend processes.
