Role: Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Mumbai

Job Description :

- Providing strategic, executive and operational support to the director.

- Help track and monitor the performance of various functions / regions / businesses

- Analyze reports, performance and summarize and identify actionable

- Work on / lead the various projects being run from the Director's office

- Monitoring the progress on the projects

- Working on productivity improvement initiatives

- Experimenting with new thoughts and ideas across functions / regions / businesses

- Identifying the root causes of the issues and proposing corrective actions

- Ensuring that the actionable are closed as per the decided priority

- Liaoning with Senior leadership for the delivery on key initiatives

Qualification : IIT graduate preferable with MBA from a premier institute

Experience : 3 to 4 years in a similar role
