It publishes newspapers in 3 Indian languages across 12 Indian States with 65 print Editions with 6.6 crore total readerships. Its flagship brand in Hindi language is Dainik Bhaskar, Divya Bhaskar in Gujarati language and Divya Marathi is Marathi language newspaper.

In FY 18-19, DB Corp recorded revenue of around USD 350 Million with PAT of around USD 40 Million.

The group employs 2700 journalists throughout the country for its news gathering operations which makes for more than 25% of its total workforce of around 10,000 employees.

DB Corp also has a significant presence in the Radio and Digital Media segment. Role: Digital Corporate Sales Head

Responsibilities:

- Study trends in Digital Media sales understand needs and come up with new solutions (to meet the client needs)

- Ideation and innovating around new thoughts and initiative to enhance the revenue of digital Media.

- Identifying new revenue opportunities.

- Analyze the opportunities in a given geographies and planning initiatives to bridge the gaps.

- Understanding Market needs and offering appropriate solutions

- Experimenting with the new revenue ideas and scaling them up

- Understanding the impact of the new initiatives, analyzing and coming up with the required corrective actions

- Hand Holding the teams to implement new thoughts / ideas

- Achieving revenue targets and enabling team to achieve the same.

Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

- Problem solver, Proactive and ready to take initiative and run with new ideas.

- Attention to details, analytical ability

- A quick learner, thinker and doer.

- Strong client relationships experience.

- Strong communication skills to gain consensus both internal and external.

- A strong understanding of the regional markets

- Good sales experience, candidate need to have exp.in meeting client regularly and pitch them ideas

- High on result orientation

- Self-motivated, proactive, strong work ethics.

- Creative seller, a person who can create compelling opportunities for clients and the Company.

- High on Resilience.

Experience Required: 10-18 years of experience in Corporate Sales in any of the industry. However Digital Media Corporate Sales is preferred.

Education: MBA from premium institutes

Location: Bhopal & Noida
