Daimler - Senior Program Manager

- Minimum 7 years in Program Management position leading a team size of 40+

- Lead and mentor a distributed team consisting of internal and external resources.

- Provide technical expertise in Service Delivery Methodology, Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams.

- Support multiple Scrum and Waterfall delivery teams with estimation, planning and strategy for testing

- Advocate best practices across project delivery, establishing and embedding a program level strategy applicable to all changes

- Organize and lead initiatives to improve processes, extend the use of tools / frameworks (where appropriate) and develop team members to improve efficiency.

- Gather and present metrics for the projects to key stakeholders.

- Technical Delivery experience should include - custom development on technologies like

a. Sql server, Oracle DB

b. SSIS, SSAS, Informatica, BI Visualization tools

c. Open Text, Streamserve - Document Management

- Should have experience of having worked on pre-sales activities and a streak for being an ambassador for growing business

- BS/BE/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Experience in Automobile Finance or BFSI is preferred, service industry or a Global Inhouse captive

- Experience in tools like JIRA & project planning tools (MS Project)

- Experience in different delivery methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, DevOps

- Experience in Stakeholder and Vendor management capabilities
