Daimler - Senior Manager - Administration

Objectives of the Job :

- Management of the department operations of all services and ensure smooth functioning of the department.

- Interaction with Builders and Real Estate Agencies

- Design and Implement the Improvmeent Strategy for the Processces in the department.

- Ensure total statutory and non-statutory compliance.

- Management and execution of all Audits and related activities

- Ensure sufficient, proficient and satisfied employees who are well trained.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification

Masters or Bachelors Degree

Additional MBA would be added advantage

Experience

10-15 years in the R&D Centres, IT/ITES. Exceptional experience of 5-8 years in digitalization of processes of people related services is an added advantage.

Special Knowledge: (Skills / Languages etc.)

- Good networking skills and contacts

- Good knowledge of develoing and digitalization of processes

- Exposure to international intercultural concerns and fluency in English

- Good leadership skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (power point and Excel)
