Role Objective

Program management of the Daimler Corporate Academy Asia Pacific trainings in Leadership and General & Administrative topics, including functions of training needs identification, vendor identification, content design / co-creation / customization, delivery / co-facilitation and providing administrative support / coordination with event manager, as required in this process.

- Support the coaching activities of the DCA AP region.

Academics Qualification and experience

- Masters in Humanities / Psychology, PhD or equivalent

- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment could be an added advantage

Working relationships

Internal

- Senior Daimler Management in APAC

- HR colleagues in APAC

- Headquarter and Regional Office colleagues

External

- Vendors

Primary Responsibilities

- Facilitating/ Co-facilitating various programs of the DCA

- Responsible for program management and quality of trainings in leadership development in Asia Pacific region (excluding China and Japan)

- Responsible for special organizational projects, on a need basis

- Supporting coaching function in the Asia Pacific region

- Formulating new leadership training concepts

- Introducing and utilizing innovative learning formats / modes

Language skills:

- Fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of German may be an added advantage

Key result areas:

- Training feedback

- Collaboration network creation with Region and Headquarter

- Vendor / Service Provider Management

Travel:

- This role involve 40% - 60% travel
