Responsibilities: - Plan and manage multiple parallel projects - Detailed planning - understanding stakeholders, milestones, KPIs - Detailed tracking - understanding key metrics, timely reporting and escalations - Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels - Interact with project Stakeholders, and multiple business and functional teams to define and deliver the project Experience: - An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech in any stream - 1-3 years of experience preferred - Smart Generalist - People with entrepreneurial / e-commerce background preferred - Excellent team player - Assertive and willing to make the tough calls when needed - Ability to work with minimal supervision
