Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various channels, including but not limited to google and social.
- Monitor and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient spending and achieve predefined KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance and user behavior data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, content, design, and analytics to ensure the success of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for web and app.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer and advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (good to have - SQL, tableau knowledge)
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Good understanding of funnels, sprint & agile ways of working, creative wireframes & marketing briefs
- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and industry best practices.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
