Daily Food Company is one of Saudi Arabia's fastest-growing QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) chains, currently operating multiple brands, including Maestro Pizza (leading Pizza chain in KSA & UAE), Pinzatta (ghost kitchens for gourmet pizzas) & MAD Pizza, spanning across 190+ locations with an annual turnover of $100 Mn. The company started its journey in 2013 with the launch of Maestro in KSA and quickly achieved country-wide leadership within a mere 4 years of operations. 9 years after the beginning, they have launched new brands (Pinzatta & MAD) and have forayed into a new geography (UAE) with aspirations to build and grow multiple other brands & locations under its aegis.
Key Responsibilities:
- The manager will be a part of the Growth & Strategy team reporting directly to the CEO's office, responsible for executing projects across a variety of functions
- Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with different business verticals to ensure alignment with the overall strategy
- Track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business strategy
- Lead a team of strategy professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications/ Skills Required:
- Ambitious, consulting mindset; possesses strong customer analytics/logical thinking skills & clarity of thought, adaptive to a fast-paced work environment
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, preferably within the QSR or food industry
- Ability to communicate sophisticated statistical terminology to non-technical users
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market dynamics
- Experience in leading and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results. Effective communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or MBA, or a related field is preferred
Compensation:
65-72k USD per annum (Tax-free)
