Job Description:

- We are looking for young, dynamic and vibrant individuals with good analytic skills, business acumen & BI development skills

- As a BI associate, you will work closely with CEO & management teams to understand their requirement of BI reports to support their decision making

- You will develop BI reports with the help of Business Intelligence software available with company

- The candidate will analyze the reports for the deviations, trends, patterns in the performance of the business

- You will also help management in strategic projects which will be triggered based on the analysis

Desired skills & knowledge:

- The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of BI and reporting

- Ability to work directly with Business Units head to capture the business requirements

- Ability to utilize scripting language to meet complex business requirements

- Strong excel, PL/SQL skills

- Understanding of business functioning

- Analytical skills

Education: M.Tech/ MCA/ B.Tech/ B.E., MBA (will be added advantage)

Experience requirement:

- Minimum 2 years experience in handling business intelligence software

- Experience in developing / architecting BI solutions supporting financial, sales, and supply chain performance reporting

- Experience in analyzing the business intelligence reports to help top management in their decision making
