Please don't apply, if you are not from HVAC industry and chiller service  Brief Job Responsibilities :  Supervision of Chillers Installation & Commissioning of units for Chennai :  - Ensures engineers looks after the proper placement of the unit.  - Randomly checks the Pre-commissioning & commissioning of chillers.  - Monitors the report on commissioning and ensures submission of the same to HO.  Complaints Management :  - Ensures complaints are handled and attended on time.  - Monitors Call Management System.  - Troubleshooting at the time of critical complaints.  Revenue Generation & Target Achievement :  - Monitors revenue Generation through (AMC Business, Sale of Spare parts, one time repair).   - Supervise one time repair on chargeable basis.  - Checks report on AMC Generation.  - Supervise enquiry management system.  - Ensure high conversion ratio.   Port Inspection :  Port inspection :  - Take corrective action on identification of any damage, for complicated cases intimating it to the management for further actions.  Mentoring subordinates and provides support to them at the time of need :  - Guidelines to chiller's staff for any complications at the time of troubleshooting.  - Observe weak points of team members and recommends skill up gradation to make them competent.  - Providing support to chillers sales staff for any technical query.  - Displaying leadership and developing them.  - Map subordinates skills with the Job competencies.   Support to Sales staff :  - Provide support to sales staff.   - Handle Critical Technical Queries.  Building Customer Relationship :  - Visit customer's site  - Resolve critical queries which may not be resolved at lower level.  Resource Management :  - Spare parts Management.   - Management of Authorized service providers, Dealers & Service Van.  - Ensure self development through Technical & behavioural training
