Position: Customer Success Manager
Location- Gurgaon
Education: MBA / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Increase Daffodil Footprint in customers' accounts by incrementally mapping customer needs with Daffodil's services
- Proactively think of relevant POCs to expand service footprint and to create more value for customers.
- Become a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders.
