Experience
- 6+ years of proven work experience in sales management, key account management, or relevant experience
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred
Responsibilities :
- Diligently handling a dedicated portfolio of key accounts to:
- Build a complete understanding of client's needs and expectations
- Develop a long-term and trusting relationship with key stakeholders
- Resolving client's key issues and complaints
- Managing communication between client and internal stakeholders
- Staying on top of client's needs, vision, IT roadmap and any anticipated deviations
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the account, their business, and key stakeholders
- Improving per account revenue by effective up-selling and cross-selling
- Grab a higher share of client's annual IT spend by pitching relevant services and broadening their required product portfolio base
- Track delivery timelines and quality to ensure highest quality of deliverables are being produced on time
- Presenting reports to senior management on account progress, goals and quarterly initiatives
