We are looking for a professional who can develop strategy and has strong experience in concept selling to medium to large educational institutions, adept in handling a multi-city sales team is advantageous; should have 4-5 years of experience in handling sales team as well as sales support team
KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas):
Sales and Business Development
- Planning, and executing the entire sales cycle (from lead generation to deal closure) for self; also guiding and mentoring the team in the same activity
- Achieving revenue and deal closure target for self and team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in key markets
- Organizing events, webinars, and other lead generation activities periodically
Team Management:
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Tracking and analyzing productivity and efficiency of the team members; devising ways to manage & mentor teams remotely - Product Support Activities:
- Translating customer needs to product features, and being the custodian of such improvement activities
- Handling customer complaints and issues raised; resolving them to the satisfaction of customers with the help of product support team and technical team
- Liasioning with technical teams to implement new features in the product
