Must Haves

- Comfortable with 6 day week

- Business Development to increase footprint in India's unorganized and organized trucking industry

- Team Management - Site level contractual teams at each customer location to manage operations and a core team at HO to manage business

- P&L Management and growth by identifying and onboarding new opportunities

- Stakeholder Management among varied stakeholders for effective pain point identification and prioritization

- Can give feedback and clarity on pain points after interactions with stakeholders for offering improvement.

- Customer experience focused account management

- Strong negotiation Skills

- Data driven decision making Entrepreneurial Business leader with experience in building teams.

Good to have :

- Logistics Background and connects in the manufacturing sector.

- Should have built and scaled a tech based Enterprise B2B product Should have worked on logistics tech based products / offerings for Indian customer
