We are urgently looking for RSM-Gujarat, RSM-UP West & RSM-Uttarakhand

Role Description:

The role of Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a critical role for the growth of the Company. He shall be responsible for overseeing the sales operation for entire Gujarat. This could well include cities or districts. The position will involve a domestic travel.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

- Servicing the needs of your existing customers

- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

- Setting sales targets for individuals and your team as a whole

- Allocating areas to sales representatives

- Following sales strategies and setting targets

- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures

- Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself

- Collecting customer feedback and market research

- Reporting to senior management

- Follow all company Protocols & Obligation of Data capturing

- Keeping up to date with products and competitors

- Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.

Requisite Skills:

- Confident and assertive

- Must have a natural ability to engage in business relationships with Distributors and Dealers for Gujarat.

- Excellent client-interfacing skills

- Administrative skills

- Strong judgment and decision-making skills

Desired Skills:

- Ability to lead a team

- Ability to perform under pressure

- Being performance-driven and focused on results

- Ability to self-motivate and motivate others

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. (PG/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred but not mandatory.
