Compliance Manager
Job role:
- Engagement and dialogue with regulators
- Support interaction and communication with regulators for data requests, inspection and supervision activities, new regulations, changes to regulations, etc.
- Implementation of laws and regulations
- Keeping track of how policies and regulations are being followed
- Controlling adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make ongoing improvements.
- Conduct recurring tests of compliance parameters.
- Facilitating internal audits and regulatory inspections
- Keep track of and communicate any changes to the regulatory environment that affect the Ratings business.
- Drafting, modifying, implementing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory policies in conjunction with the appropriate parties
- Facilitate audits, inspections, and investigations, and see to it that MAPs are closed.
- Data/response preparation for regulatory disclosures/submissions.
- Preparation of agenda notes for Board and its committees
