Pricing Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Assist in drafting proposals, reports, document requests, client presentations and other client materials

- Modifies existing analytical models to create predictive impact decision making tools and may build new models with assistance from higher level Analysts and Consultants as needed

- Prepare customer calls and visits

- Own the creation of documents and procedures to be used by Technicians

- Develop pricing strategy

- Responsible for reviewing and providing compliant content for solicitation pricing requirements and related proposal documents

- Interact with personnel and management at all levels concerning matters of significance to the company related to price proposals

- Experience of working within an actuarial or statistical environment, with some recent experience within actuarial pricing

- Experience with SAS software or other similar packages is essential

- Candidates with a street pricing background and limited Emblem experience will be considered

Qualifications for pricing consultant :

- Basic level of proficiency with MS Word and Access or experience working with other databases

- Must live within commutable distance of one of the office locations listed in the job posting

- Experience in global Market Access & Pricing research and consulting is a plus

- Minimum 8 - 10 years' work experience
