We are looking for a Glass Industry expert in a consultancy capacity to guide us fund glass manufacturer that works in the business of glasses and optics (Medical and Protective Glasses). You have experience in working with transactions related to such for us to talk to and explore. You should know the glass business, the sector, the industry at global and regional levels. We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of a multitude of business models. A self-starter with strong financial analysis ability, written and spoken communication skills, who enjoys analyzing global trends backed by data and inferring the same for companies. We are recruiting across domains - IB Support, Research, PE/VC, Risk Analytics. Location: Remote Role Description : Analyst : - Develop financial models - Prepare earning reviews - Interpret data and perform analysis on market, economic and technology trends - Write reports/notes on companies under coverage - Support Associate and VPs in their day-to-day industry coverage Associate : - Build strong industry knowledge of the focus sector - Write reports/notes on companies under coverage - Communicate with the traders, clients, and company managements - Interpret data and perform analysis on market, economic and technology trends - Develop financial models, including financial projections, three statement linked models etc. Vice President/ Team Lead : - Build strong industry knowledge of Global markets and diverse industry sectors - Contribute to the generation and execution of investment ideas - Write reports/notes on companies under coverage - Communicate with the traders, clients, and company managements - Interpret data and perform analysis on market, economic and technology trends - Guide the team in the generation of high-end financial models as per the FIs requirement Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in investment research, financial modeling, and analysis Analyst: 1- 2 years Associate: 3 - 5 years AVP: 5 - 8 years VP: 8 years or more - Working knowledge of accounting, finance, and valuation - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Comfortable taking initiative and being resourceful/entrepreneurial - Ability to multi-task and work with numerous teams - Progress toward earning the CFA/FRM designation
