Roles and Responsibilities :

- The role is a business analytics and business intelligence.

- The teammate would analyze the data on markets, trends and processes and provide business intelligence to the senior management on business strategy and decision making inputs.

- He / She will connect with Global / APAC R & D Team and bring Dachser IT advantages to our top customers.

- The candidate will play a key role in all automation projects at Dachser and position Dachser India as a technology leader in the market.

- He / She has to produce meaningful data visualization and perform predictive analysis on the logistics and quality management space.

- Performing operational modelling, streamlining and improving of internal and external reporting.

- Interpret and translate the needs of customers into operational processes.

- Conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.

- Digital automation of processes involved in supply chain management, logistics and edi to bring about efficiency in operations .

- To work extensively on elogistics and edi. This role also requires exploration and research on the APIs related to the elogistics and edi space.

- Business Analyst will develop new models that underpin sound business decisions.

- Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements, Representation of financial/ operational analysis combined with understanding of key performance indicators.

- Continuously stay updated and use modern IT technologies to enhance service levels to customers

Desired Candidate Profile :

- BE /B Tech/ MBA/ Post Graduate

- Business Analytics professional with 3 + years of experience as analyst.

- Excellent English communication and coordination skills.

- Good interpersonal skills, problem solver attitude.

- Expertise in Data Analytics, Visualization , AI-ML

- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI is a must. Tableau and R skills preferred.

- Excellent communication skills and analytics ability to present data clearly

- An exploratory interest in new techniques of AI-ML

- Knowledge of python, java scripting , React or Angular and interactive UI-UX preferred.

- Self starter with ability to work with minimum supervision and ability to collaborate seamless with global teams
