- To develop and implement a successful business strategy for Emerging Markets which is consistent with the overall strategy and objectives of Dabur.( Emerging Markets CIS, S.E. Asia, China, Oceania Region)
- Develop and implement a long term country specific strategy for the region consistent with the strategic imperatives of Dabur International.
- Overall P&L responsibility for the region.
