DabbaGul - COO/Operations Manager - Startup

Dabbagul is a fast-growing food-tech startup based out of Gurgaon. Dabbagul offers home cooked meal on demand to hungry executives in Gurgaon at a reasonable price. Orders can be placed through the Dabbagul android app; customers can either order for a day or subscribe for a longer duration. While most Apps want users to login daily and spend as much time on the App as possible, we- re doing exactly the reverse. We want people to spend their lunch hour, enjoying their food, not planning what to eat

We deliver dozens of dabbas everyday and it requires many moving pieces to come together in order to deliver yummy meals to our customers. We are looking for an extremely smart and passionate professional to take up the role of COO/ Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

- The individual would be responsible for all aspects of Dabbagul's operations in Gurgaon such as coordinating with Home-chefs, supervising deliveries, managing inventory and interacting with customers

- Participate in developing overall strategy for the startup. As a member of the core team you will participate in most of the decisions and expected to add great value proposition.

- Cultivate relationships with corporates for B2B partnerships

- Lead the strategic planning process and ensure that appropriate analysis is conducted which includes market analysis, internal reviews, and prioritization of opportunities.

- Would be responsible for building the team going forward

- Be the voice of the customer in the team - communicate issues faced with the customers to the relevant team-member and actively work to resolve them

Desired Qualifications :

- Extremely strong organisational skills,

- Desire to work in an environment of rapid growth

- Experience with tech products and startup enviornment is a big plus, but not mandatory

- Exemplary analytical and problem solving abilities.

- Ability to play it by the ear and adapt to last-minute changes

- Should be willing to roll up sleeves ad get his/her hands dirty

- This role is for someone based in Gurgaon.
