D365 CE + Power Platform Solution Architect

Role - Solution Architect

Location - Bangalore/Pune

Exp 15+ yrs

Mode- Hybrid(2 days work from Office)

Requirements:

- 15+ years of extensive experience in presales and delivery of D365 CE+ Power Platform engagements for global /International clients

- At least 5 end to end to end full project life cycle experience with responsibility involving Scoping, Architecture, Design, Customizations, Testing and Deployment.

- Deep and broad knowledge of functional capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of best practices for Dynamics 365

- Exceptional knowledge of all CE core concepts and processes including Sales, Marketing, Services and Industry clouds

- Good understanding of Azure and Cloud technologies.

- Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Co-Pilot (This is a Must)

- Good understanding of integration tools and technologies.

- Good understanding of Power Platform technologies.

- Good understanding of automated testing tools such as RSAT, Easy Repro

- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning and early live support

- Use of Dev Ops

- CI / CD experience

- Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams

- Experience of Agile, Waterfall Methodologies

- Ideally Educated to degree level, Masters preferred.

- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm or Product company

- Exposure to presales activities and client facing demos

- Conducting functional interviews and quickly transforming it into a compelling POC

- Mentoring Consultants and Senior Consultants colleagues

- Prepared to travel on frequent basis

- Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams

- Excellent communication and presentation skills , should be able to influence stakeholders and communicate with clarity
