Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a D2C Marketplace Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels and various marketplaces, with a focus on strong analytical skills, relationship building, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue Split Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve a revenue split of 60% from D2C and 40% from various marketplaces. Oversee offline revenue channels and explore opportunities for additional revenue streams.

- Marketplace Expertise: Leverage very strong marketplace experience, having managed at least 5 platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra (emphasis on Myntra), Ajio, and Shopify. Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithms to optimize sales performance.

- Team Management: Lead a team of 5 Key Account Managers (KAMs) and a total of 10 team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

- Analytical and Number-Driven Approach: Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure a number-driven approach to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key marketplace partners, with a particular emphasis on Amazon, Flipkart, and other major platforms. Strengthen ties with offline channels to enhance overall revenue.

- Proactive and Target-Driven: Demonstrate a proactive and hands-on approach to drive results. Meet and exceed sales targets through a relentless focus on execution.

- Quick Commerce Initiatives: Stay informed about upcoming launches on quick commerce platforms such as Zepto and Blinkit, and align strategies for successful integration into our business model.

Qualifications:

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce and Marketplace management.

- Proven success in managing multiple marketplace platforms, with a focus on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

- Strong analytical and number-driven mindset.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with key marketplace partners.

- Previous experience in quick commerce initiatives is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
