Job Description :
- Responsible for multiple Dmart Stores (multiple states)
- Extensive travel may be required
- Statutory Compliance activities
- Employees Grievance Handling & Disciplinary proceedings
- Strong in IR/ER, Labour Laws & Compliance
- Contract Labour Management
- Should have hands on experience on entire gamut of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, HR Business partner, Employee Relation, Talent Development etc.
