We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group based out of Hyderabad. This group works closely with the front office to provide high quality and in-depth support to the investment research team and the decision based processes of the firm's global proprietary trading strategies.

Primary responsibilities include:

- supporting front-office traders/analysts on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data intensive in nature.

- building and managing large financial data sets and performing exception analysis.

- collaborating with the in-house technology team for automating processes to achieve optimal efficiency.

- supporting the Fundamental Research team in Hyderabad by conducting data research, summarizing industry/company conference calls, and preparing quarterly earnings reports.

The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Business or Finance with 3-6 years of experience in the above mentioned responsibilities or financial operations. He/she should be self-motivated, possess strong analytical and leadership qualities as well as be able to work independently with limited direction and guidance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
