Strategic Account Manager JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned strategic customer accounts. 2. Meets assigned targets of cross-sell objectives in assigned strategic accounts. 3. Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. 4. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. 5. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. 6. Meets assigned expectations for revenue and profitability. 7. Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management. 8. Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards. 9. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards. 10. Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management. 11. Works closely with Customer Solutioning Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution. 12. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including key account managers, product team, solutioning team, sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed. 13. This position may have direct report staff assigned to support responsibilities for specific customers. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of 8-12 years experience 2. Demonstrated successful revenue growth in B2B environment 3. Good written and verbal communication skills 4. Master's degree from MBA college 5. Excellent teamwork skills and collaborative mindset 6. Proven ability to influence cross-functional team
