Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead the day-to-day human resources operations including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, career development, compensation, benefits, and payroll. - Work closely with the Cyware USA team to develop and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the Company's HR function. - Manage projects that are assigned as appropriate; examples include, but not limited to, organizational restructuring, compensation reviews, merit recommendations, recruiting analysis, turnover analysis, monthly reports, etc. - Provide coaching and support to managers in the successful delivery of annual performance cycles to include performance improvement, goal setting, and development programs - Work closely with the leadership team to translate the strategic and tactical business plans and the company's growth objectives into HR/people-oriented strategic and operational plans - Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of the people resources of the corporation - Partner with the leadership team to identify, develop, and deliver effective talent strategies to support the business - Oversee the day to day operations of HR in support of the employee life cycle - recruiting, hiring, onboarding, development, mobility, performance management, exiting. Implement process improvements as appropriate - Build a positive employee environment that emphasizes company culture, core values, and individual and leadership expectations - Provide insight and guidance to country leadership regarding employee and organisational issues; provide support in the handling of employee relations - Responsible for establishing/reviewing local employment contracts, compensation and benefits, and talent management practices. - Address employee concerns and other complaints/improper employee-related conduct; ensure counseling and prompt investigation for all legal-related matters; seek legal counsel when appropriate - Oversee the administration of and provide guidance on talent programs: merit, performance review, talent planning, talent development, succession planning, etc. - Provide ongoing coaching and development feedback to managers and individual contributors. - Consistently ensure that personnel policies, procedures, and practices comply with applicable labor laws and are consistent with organizational values - Lead, develop, and mentor HR team members - Develop and manage annual human resources budget and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses - Develop credibility with all employees as a resource, partner, service provider and problem-solver Minimum Qualification : - Minimum 10-15 years of Human Resources experience in an international and fast-growing environment - Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with senior management - MBA (preferred) in one of the following areas in Human Resources, preferably from a Tier-1 institute - Experience in tech industry preferred - Experience in working with the US-based organizations/teams is must - Deep knowledge of all HR functions (recruitment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and training and development) - Hand-on experience with professional HRMS tools - Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgement that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, or government law - Analytical and conceptual thinking skills; ability to support recommendations through data and analysis - Ability to remain focused with strong attention to detail, and deliver exceptional quality work - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust, credibility, and strong, productive relationships - Proven ability to work positively, collaboratively, and professionally within a team and across a global organisation - Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues - Ability to drive change, think strategically and operationally; high degree of influence skills - Ability to balance local requirements with business objectives - Excellent organisational and people management skills - Knowledge of local labour laws, regulatory compliance, and industry practices - Results and people-oriented, possessing sound judgement and the ability to balance business and employee considerations - Demonstrated ability to adapt work style to be successful with colleagues across time zones and geographies
