About the Job:-

Being an early stage start up, you should consider this your blank canvas & we are looking for folks that could draw up a master piece. You would literally do it all - brainstorm, white board, finalize the Business Plan, execute, grow, hire, train

Compensation:-

You will get founder's equity - Beyond that you don't have to get anything else, besides your self confidence & attitude. However if you are willing to put some skin in the game, as a demonstration of your commitment that would be a plus, this is not a compulsion & we don't want to miss out on any great talent that may be out there. Do indicate on your application whether you would be willing to put some skin in the game.
