VP/Co-Founder path- Tech

- We are looking for a technical VP/co-founder path in a year, that wants to change how Healthcare services and products are bought in a B2B setting. We want to be a business partner to small and medium Healthcare enterprises offering multiple products and services. We have already launched an app both on android and Ios offering four services. We also provide other services and products offline. The idea is to create a commercial ecosystem in the Healthcare B2B space.

- With the other co-founders, you will build this startup from here on. Consultatively, we will ideate, develop and implement technology frameworks that make our value proposition attractive to a customer that is doctors, healthcare enterprises and other stakeholders in the Healthcare provider space.

- Someone with a background in computer science, software development, and related fields is invited to reach out. We are looking for someone to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will communicate with employees, customers and other stakeholders to ensure technology serves our purposes best keeping budgets in mind

- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. You should be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with business concepts.

Responsibilities :

- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage

- Help departments use technology profitably

- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

- Build quality assurance and data protection processes

- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

- Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

- Hands-on coding is a must.

Work Hours & Benefits :

- The VP/co-founder will not be paid till the start-up raises funds or starts generating substantial revenue. We are currently bootstrapped. You will be granted stock options which will start operating after a year, when your co-founder status will be reviewed and progressively go up in a period of 5 years

- You can initially work from Anywhere but later in a metro possibly Delhi or Mumbai or any other Capital city

Qualifications/Skills :

- Strong department leader with skills in strategic planning, goal setting, processes development, budgeting, and creating opportunities for professional development within technology teams.

- Solid understanding of broad technology trends and the ability to align innovation with business goals.

- Strong communication with the ability to convey technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Ability to track and identify new technologies to solve complex business issues.

- MBA preferred.

- 8+ years working in a technological role. Must have worked in start-ups before
