Senior Manager - Corporate Branding:
- Min 10 years of experience in B2B brand management, preferably within a professional services organization
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven track record of developing and executing brand management plans through the entire product lifecycle, with particular focus on creating efficiencies
- Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
- Ability to travel as required on a national and occasionally international basis (approximately 10-15%)
- Excellent communicator, writer, editor, and strategist
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and synthesize direction from many individuals
- Well-developed interpersonal and networking skills, coupled with strong relationship building/relationship management skills
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to take initiative and manage own time
- Ability to quickly analyze information, spot exceptions or trends, and conduct required follow-up.
- Ability to communicate issues to all stakeholders in a consistent and frequent manner. Team-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
The primary job responsibilities are:
- Steward of the brand that supports our new and emerging brand promise, vision, position and architecture to achieve overall business goals for the brand.
- Engages, inspires and galvanizes the organization around the brand vision, position and strategies to provide clarity in bringing them to life in each functional area.
- In coordination with Global brand team, manage enterprise brand architecture and implement branding and migration strategies for all BUs, alliances, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions
- Establish and guide brand governance council to manage the brand as a strategic business asset
- Build best practices and professional relationships to position Cyient as a brand-led organization
- Develop and implement internal brand programs to motivate/engage employees in a brand-driven culture, including the strategy for brand launch
- Guide external brand launch strategy in coordination with internal teams and external brand consultants including launch events, PR, and other outreach as necessary
- Together with Research & Analytics and other marketing teams, study global customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and market share to determine methods to improve brand value
- Work collaboratively with marketing, marcomm, and sales to ensure that all external and internal communications are on-brand and strengthening vision and positioning over time
- Ensure consistent brand experience across all brand touch points including complete revamp of all global collateral, website, signage, advertising, and all other communications both internal and external
- Develop and manage all brand policies, standards, guidelines, and processes, including corporate brand policy, nomenclature strategy and standards for services portfolio, mergers, joint ventures and acquisitions
- Implement and manage brand management/design systems and tools to enable sales, marketing and client communications are in-line with brand standards
- Develop and implement brand training presentations and workshops to support employee-client relationships
- Drive internal brand ambassador program to support the creation of a brand-driven culture that identifies with and understands the new Cyient brand
