Senior Manager/AGM-FP&A (Business Finance)

- Partner with the business to influence strategic decisions that grow revenue, market share, and profitability.

- Support businesses to achieve its top priorities and influence decisions to deliver profitable business growth.

- Partner with Business to land New Business Models that help drive growth opportunities.

- Drive resource and investment allocation discussion based ROI analysis. Support business in measuring the impact of Investment $'s

- Provide business and financial leadership to optimize for overall profitability. Make and influence balanced decisions and trade-offs to optimize resources, maximize revenue returns and deliver peak gross margin and operating profit growth.

- Drive monthly P&L reviews & help monitor financial efficiency and targets

- Define performance business metrics & provide insightful analyses of results

- Manages financial processes end-to-end and works toward optimal practices.

- Identify and initiate process improvements to improve business processes

- Drive productivity, profitability and value creation through business reviews & optimization analysis

- Support the development and rollout of new business models, programs and initiatives

- Drive a robust forecasting process identifying risks, sensitivities, and underlying assumptions

- Interpret and communicate business analysis and business information Strong business partnering with the Business Leaders. Act as the single point of contact to the Business Leaders for their data needs and also help them understand the targets and P&L and various matrices.

Skills Required:

- Qualified CA or MBA (Finance) from Reputed Institute, with relevant experience preferably in the high tech industry.

- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills. Team player and Collaborator with ability to manage cross-cultural groups and cross-country boundaries.

- Excellent planning, time management, decision making, presentation and organization skills.

- Skills : financial modelling ability, excellent analytical skills, interpretation of numbers, customer focus, business partnering, problem solving, ability to deal with ambiguity in changing business requirements

- The candidate must have the confidence and fortitude to contribute as an integral part of the team.
