Looking candidates from Engineering Domains Namely Aerospace, Heavy Equipment, Automotive and Rail
Experience expected: Marketing experience (not BD/pre-sales, i.e. bid management as this is handled by a separate team and won- t help too much for the marketing role) - in engineering or similar market
BU: transportation
Role: End to end responsibility for BU marketing globally (close collaboration with corporate marketing and BU BD team), following key responsibilities:
- Take ownership and manage marketing material on a continuous basis
- Position newly developed solutions in the market leveraging on marketing mix in collaboration with other stakeholders (corporate marketing, BU representatives)
- Support in organizing events,... globally
- Analyse the Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning parameters of the service offerings and advise the delivery team on the outcome.
- Analyse the marketing mix - Product (service), Place, Promotion and Price - in the context of the service offerings and team up with the delivery unit to improve the revenues / margins & competitor intelligence
- Take ownership of collaterals, content in the company's website for the specific domain segments.
- Liaise with the delivery team to work on case studies and marketing material.
- Own internal and external branding activities.
- Develop specific go to market strategies for the service offerings.
- Participate actively in customer visits and deliver Marketing pitch
- Undertake industry research and identify new trends (where applicable, primarily BD role)
- General BU marketing support (in collaboration with BU and corporate stakeholders)
