- The position will manage existing business of one of Cyient's key strategic accounts in Rail Transportation in India   - Maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the client organization   - Identify growth opportunities in the client organization and lead account strategy - develop and manage the Client Key Account Plan (KAP) for the client  - Leverage Cyient's unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the client  - Work with business development & delivery teams to create unique value propositions for the client and generate winning proposals   - Handle the sales cycle for thus generated opportunities (meetings, follow-ups, conversion, contract formulation and revenue generation)  - Lead and facilitate all commercial and contractual negotiations with the client   - Participate in key program management activities by working closely with engineering delivery organization within Cyient & the Client  - Responsible for budgeting and the achievement of set revenue targets of the financial year  - Oversee all commercial aspects (revenue/ margins/ receivables) and drive until closure  - Maintain the CRM tool (salesforce) with the latest updates of all the new business prospects
