Responsibilities:
- The international sales manager responsibilities and tasks include doing the duties of an international sales supervisor or an international sales administrator
- He/she creates selling ideas and methodical procedures and uses them to attract the clients outside the country and persuades them to promote and sell our Solar DC Solution.
- He/she fixes sales aims, objectives and targets and tries to meet them.
- The international sales manager also makes product deliveries with an intention to extend and uphold the sales accounts.
- He/she recruits, gets hold of and instructs the subordinates working under him/her.
- His/her job duties and undertakings require him/her to travel outside the country. He/she does all this with the expectation of finding new business and sales opportunities and with the intention of seeing his/her clients in person. He/she executes the following key responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for Customers.
- Experience in developing various system integrators, channel partners, dealers and distributors.
- Leading in Sales, Distributor, Dealer, Channel Partner and Rural Entrepreneur management.
- Driving primary and secondary sales.
- End-to-end Channel Partner management which includes appointing, sourcing prospective partners
- Ensuring effective propagation of schemes / benefits to the channel partners
- Techno-commercial Leadership is important.
- Communicate effectively (both written and verbal) to management / customers.
- He would be responsible for overall planning/ control of the unit operations for meeting specific goals in sales, profitability and capacity utilization.
- Responsible for overall international growth for the organization
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- MBA or an equivalent Business Administration with a minimum of 8 years of experience
- Ability to construct and work with financial and valuation models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge on international market scenario
- Must have experience in dealing with international clients preferably from Africa/South Asian countries.
- Experience in Power Back-up, Electrical Products, Energy Efficiency and Solar Products sales preferred.
- Strong team building skills and keen team player
- Good planning and organization skills.
- A hunger for developing and maintaining own technical skills and disciplines
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organization
