Job Description:

As part of our dedicated team, the Technical Account Manager will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise, support, and guidance to our enterprise partners, fostering strong relationships and driving mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Technical Consultation:

- Provide expert technical guidance and consultation to enterprise partners on the implementation, integration, and optimization of Cyble's products or services.

- Collaborate with internal technical teams to address partner-specific requirements and challenges, ensuring alignment with partner objectives and expectations.

- Understand Partner Business

- Gain a deep understanding of the partner's business model, goals, and challenges.

- Identify areas where Cyble's technical solutions can directly address their customers' pain points or enhance their offerings.

Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with Cyble's products and services, as well as upcoming releases and features.

- Be able to articulate how these offerings provide value and solve specific problems for the partner.

Build Strong Relationships:

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, including technical teams, decision-makers, and executives.

- Regularly communicate and engage in both formal and informal settings.

Provide Technical Enablement:

- Offer training sessions and workshops to ensure that the partner's technical teams fully understand Cyble products and can effectively implement them.

- Address any technical challenges promptly to ensure a smooth integration process.

Collaborate on Solutions:

- Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for joint solutions or integrations.

- Position Cyble products as part of a comprehensive solution that addresses a broader set of needs.

Metrics and Performance Tracking:

- Establish clear performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the partnership.

- Regularly review and analyze these metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with partners on joint business plans that align with their goals and revenue targets.

- Identify market trends and help partners position themselves effectively in the market.

Advocate for Partners

- Internally champion your partners, showcasing their success stories and contributions.

- Advocate their needs within Cyble to ensure they receive necessary support.

Continuous Improvement:

- Seek feedback from partners on support and products/services to continuously improve Cyble's services and strengthen the partnership.

Staying Competitive:

- Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and be aware of industry trends.

- Position your offerings as innovative and competitive within the market.

Technical Support:

- Serve as an advocate for enterprise partners within Cyble, facilitating prompt resolution of technical issues, incidents, and service requests.

- Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to optimize partner environments, enhance performance, and mitigate risks.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor the performance and health of partner deployments, proactively identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.

- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics, insights, and recommendations to enterprise partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Master's or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven 7 years or more experience in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or consulting role, preferably in a cybersecurity environment.

- Strong technical background with expertise in threat intelligence.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and drive them to successful completion.

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to enterprise partners.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
