CyberTech - Manager - Presales

Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end bid management cycle which includes understanding customer requirements, getting clarifications, propose solution for RFP/RFIs, define pricing and estimation, risk identification & mitigation

- Take complete ownership of bid Pursuits comprising of RFP / RFI / RFQ responses and / or proactive proposals

- Manage Presales operations for promoting products, achieving business goals and increasing sales growth.

- Work closely with Practice SMEs to develop the solution and prepare the proposal along with other supporting documents.

- Assist in organizing demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops

- Engage with the customers to interpret their needs and derive advice for prospective products and solutions that are aligned with the customers' demands

- Mentor team in creating industry specific domain literature not limited to product catalog, flyers collaterals etc., coordinating with relevant stakeholders

- Understand customer competition, partner and solution landscape and provide strategic inputs for bid response and controlling the flow & approach

- Participates in client presentations and discussions to present technical solution and proposals.

- Internally drive initiatives to improve the overall efficiency of the Presales process.

Skillset :

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with proven track record of presales and bid management. He/She should have

- Ability to co-ordinate with multiple teams and work towards the common organization goal

- Eye for detail, diligent, persistent and good analytical skills

- Excellent communication and articulation skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office tools

- Knowledge of any or all of the below technologies will be an added advantage

- SAP new age technologies
