Job Responsibilities:
This role is primarily responsible to Manage Talent Acquisition of Sophos India operation.
Talent Acquisition head would work with VP HR to deliver on the following:
- Overall hiring strategy of Sophos India.
- Manpower Planning - Initiate, receive, validate the requirement from business units. Understand and develop job descriptions in line and plan for the hiring.
- Should have strong experience in traditional methods and new age sourcing tools. i.e. Social Media & job boards for Domestic and International requirements. Identify control and manage cost effective methodologies for sourcing and hiring.
- Devise and implement strategies for creating brand awareness
- Adhering to set standards & process, costs for recruitment cycle time/SLAs. Maintaining, presenting metrics for sourcing & recruitment function.
- Offer discussion and finalization as per internal benchmarking of the organizations structure, bands and Cadre and salary ranges.
- Train, Mentor & manage team of sourcing and recruitment specialists. Deliver through team as per SLAs set for sourcing and recruitment function.
- Manage campus recruitment Pan India.
Desired Candidate :
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management with 12-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisitions.
- Should have experience of handling large scale recruitment for IT product company.
- Understanding of IT Job Market and IT skill is highly desirable.
- Should be managing team of 5 to 7 recruiters in current role.
- Prior experience of campus recruitment with leading engineering and management colleges
- Out of Box thinker, Strong team player
- Self-motivated, aggressive and enthusiastic
- Ability to cope with a challenging and competitive environment.
- Self-starter with good interpersonal skills.
