CXO/Leadership Role - Automotive Technology Services Firm - Online + Offline

The company is a premier automotive sales and solutions provider with a pan-India presence. It is backed by marquee investors and in its next stage of growth, the company is looking at expanding its network, via strategic alliances, JVs and an increased focus on digital platforms. The company is to be backed by India's leading incubation platform.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE :

The company is looking for senior leaders to join their leadership team as CXO/VPs. As a key member of the management team, the CXO/VP will be responsible for :

- Overall responsibility of the company's business operations

- P&L ownership

- Build and execute the roadmap of the company

- Set performance and growth goals

- Lead fundraising activities for the company

- Manage key stakeholder relationships

- Establish the company culture and lead by example

- Build and grow the organizational capacity

These roles report to the CEO.

DESIRABLE WORK EXPERIENCE :

- Strong operating experience in either auto-finance, fintech, auto-dealerships, Internet technology companies, auto classifieds, digital auto platforms

- Experience in business development and growing a business

- Familiar with the strategy consulting toolkit and with strategic planning

- Hands-on experience and understanding of using data and analytics in decision-making

- Working experience in the digital space - ideally at a digital business, digital agency or as the head of digital within an organization

- Demonstrable leadership experience

- Experience in fund-raising will be a big plus

- A good understanding of all key business functions (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.)

- Working experience within the auto industry will be a huge plus but is not mandatory. For example, engagement with car dealerships, setting-up business operations, etc.

- A minimum working experience of - 9 years

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :

Ideally, a masters degree in business from a well recognized Indian or global institute along with a bachelors degree in any stream from a top Indian or global university.
