CX Partners - Investment Analyst

Company: CX Advisors LLP (CX partners)

Key responsibilities: Support Investment Professionals on end-to-end investment evaluation, investment recommendation and portfolio management processes. Specific responsibilities include:

- Collecting and analyzing available public information on specific industries and companies

- Review of investment memorandums, financial statements etc.

- Financial modeling / valuation

- Drafting term sheets

- Commercial, financial, legal and tax due diligence

- Drafting investment recommendations

- Finalizing transaction documents

- Drafting portfolio review notes

We are looking for:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Investment Banking/Consulting/PE/Financial Analysis roles post MBA

- Excellent academic background with demonstrated analytical capabilities

- Excellent research and quantitative skills

- Strong financial modelling skills

- Understanding of financial markets

- Excellent command on excel

- Good inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills
